When analyzing your admissions and referrals, how many referrals are coming into your office(s) that you don't even know about? How often does your organization turn down patient referrals and not track them? How often are your people breaking out the crystal ball and determining medical eligibility without seeing the patient?
If the answer to the above string of questions is, "not that often", I would suggest that you take the time to see what is really going on. We find that there are about 30% more referrals, on average, coming into your organization that you don't know about. This will usually result in about a 17% increase in admissions if your referral management systems are fine tuned.
Can you afford to spend as much as you do to get the phone to ring and then turn away business? I would say not, and with each passing year that it goes unchecked, the compound effect is huge. Join us at the Simione AdmitRight 2.0 Workshop on June 5th and 6th to discover all of the tips, tricks, techniques, tools and metrics necessary to fine tune your referral management program. Learn how to reduce cost and increase revenues. It only takes a couple of additional admissions to pay for your staff's attendance.|
